What is the best part of your job?
The sheer array of people I meet from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds - I always come away learning or hearing something new.
If you could give one piece of advice to yourself at the start of your career what would it be?
To believe in myself more, to be brave, more courageous and to challenge the status quo.
What is one act of kindness that you will remember forever?
The incredible support and comfort my friend provided when my mother passed away 4 years ago - 'friends are the family we choose'.
What is your favourite quote?
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.
If you could invite two people to dinner (dead or alive!) who would they be and why?
Michelle Obama - she role models so much: raising two daughters in the media soptlight, the first African-American First Lady, balancing work/motherhood and not afraid to show off her dance moves/carpool karaoke! And secondly, Mahatma Ghandi - an empowering leader, his 'non violence' approach to affect change, his determination to rally against the injustices of racial segregation in South Africa.
