What is the best part of your job?
Solving problems that no one has had to think about in quite the same way before; and working with a bright, engaging and high performing team.
If you could give one piece of advice to yourself at the start of your career what would it be?
Find your voice and use it frequently.
What is one act of kindness that you will remember forever?
It is difficult to narrow this down to just one act of kindness as I am blessed with the support of my family: early encouragement from my parents; coaching from my sister; trusted partnership from my husband and finally, direction from my children who keep me firmly grounded!

If you could invite two people to dinner (dead or alive!) who would they be and why?
Two successful, ground breaking and influential women, Kamala Harris and Mary Jackson the American mathematician and first African American woman aerospace engineer at NASA.
